I'm almost certain this was mentioned in the rules, but I've looked all of them over and I can't seem to find it.
Is there a rule stopping us from purchasing or selling moves during the event? And if so, is it currently in effect or does it start with the first round/plane crash? (I have a couple of moves in the approval thread that I would've liked to use instead of my old ones.)
Oh, and if a character levels up during the event, do they gain that level's additional SP point or do they have to wait until the event is over?
