All death is real death.  Obviously secondaries are shameful facades of living things, so you can take that for what it's worth.

Wait so if you're a prime and you die that's it? No respawn after 3 days?

Ama answered this. I was just stating that dying here is the same as dying anywhere else in the Omniverse. You respawn at the Nexus and so forth.
