Raw Onion (Secondary Saga) would be a Lv. 3, though she used to be Lv. 4 or higher. She's a soldier who's gained a conscience about the people she's murdered, though she doesn't regret some of her kills.
Princess Bonbon Sunshine is either a 19 or a 20. While she thinks her actions are justified most of the time, she is perfectly fine with killing or executing anyone that threatens her world views; even children, and think she is doing everyone a favor. She did show regret on executing a child a while back who she admits was innocent, but otherwise, she's cool with the death.
Her only complaint towards using live orc babies as makeshift bombs is that it is a bad PR move.
