Yuki stopped and turned to Desman. "Hm? Hmm..." She paused for a moment and leaned against the wall closest to her. "I believe in giving second chances. I've always made it a point to try to find something good within a person or... robot, in your case. Back home, that's what tied us together..." She sighed, mere flashes of memories going through her mind. "We had someone knew join us, a completely robotic being save for a heart and a brain contained within his body as the final traces of what he was before becoming what he is. Many didn't like him. He was... nontraditional. He didn't seem intent on harming anyone either. I gave him a chance. There were others among us who also had bad reputations or something, based on age old actions people never let go of. I gave them a chance too, and no one I've given a chance has failed it yet." For a moment, there was a flicker in her eyes that hinted at some emotion, perhaps sadness. She closed her eyes and got off the wall. "I know going to the busiest part of the city isn't the best for you, based on how disapproving the people seemingly are of technology. But it is the easiest way out. Though, I suppose, if you'd rather try bounding off rooftops, that's another option."
