John charges up for half a second, to then fire a small but powerfull gust of wind that pushes everything it passes through. The attack doesn't do damage by itself, but it can if the objective gets pushed to a wall, or if some object gets caught by the wind and hits something.
Depending on where John wants to aim, the attack will start 1m behind him relative to the direction of the attack, with an area of 2m in diameter and a travel speed of 120km/h. John is only controlling the wind behind him, so its power and speed decays right after he fires it, making the attack effective only around 6m from the starting position. Anywhere further than that wouldn't have enough power to lift objects anymore, even if the wind keeps traveling from this limit.
If hit from the starting point and up to 2m, the wind will push a person up to 1m before touching the ground. At 3m, the wind doesn't have the strengh to push a person anymore, but it will still make them lose balance and fall. At 6m, it can only push light objects (like empty boxes and plastic balls).
A little question: if i was trapped in a dusty room and used this move, the dust will probably start flying around, dificulting breathing and maybe vision too.. Would this count as an exploit, since the move doesn't use the debuff prof? it's just plain old physics, but i want to be sure. Same with anything that could get caught by the wind (like plastic bags, a bunch of papers, sand, etc)
