Lightning sheet: Enel uses his advanced knowledge of electricity to fire a sheet of controlled lightning, with the end result looking similar to this:

Using it similar to any other bolt technique, the attack strikes and burns through even the strongest defenses with the power that only a god can provide.
As for Super moves for samus, the diffusion missile immediately comes to mind, but ignoring that, and based off of the infamous old cheat:
Disintegrator: Samus overrides her suit's natural restrictions, before combining the spazer and plasma protocol with her natural power beam, the result, at the cost of inefficient suit energy usage, is a rapid-fire volley of wide tongues of plasma that can bake an unprepared opponent to ash in a matter of seconds.
