Eda-chan's arrival at the Tangled Green

Ebony used her speed to scoop Amber out of the way, figuring the other two could deal with the flying tree themselves. She saw that he was moving away from them, so she was undecided on what to do, whether to chase and attack him, or simply let him move away from them. His tactics screamed that there was something he did not want them to see, as he had tried to put an obstacle in their way, and was trying to get beyond the range of her ability to sense him. She looked at everyone to see if they had gotten out of the way of the attempt to smack them with the tree, then put Amber down. "I tell you, you have ended up in my arms more times lately than is probably safe for either of us", she said with a small chuckle, before dashing after him, drawing her blade, as that had definitely, in her opinion been a hostile move, no matter the reason he had done it. She did not initiate combat, though she wanted, simply kept him in sight until verifying he was simply trying to escape after sending the tree at them. Once she had verified that he was leaving, she came bacjk to the rest of the party, sheathing her sword.
