Well that right there is a pretty good list of moves you got for him.
Might could do something with him stabbing someone with one of his bladed weapons and then blasting the poor sap with so much voltage they get blasted off, or pierced with a giant blade of lightning or some such.
Or maybe could do something where he turns into lightning and anyone who touches him gets a zap. More powerful than his current static electricity move, of course. Not sure if that would warrant a Super Move, though.
