I'm posting tentative interest for this game as well, although given the high number of candidates, I might have to sit this one out.
Due to my limited RPG experience, I don't have any real preferences, either in terms of setting or the type of character I play. Honestly, I usually prefer to make a character that best complements the party composition. Granted, there are times when I might lean towards a certain type of character due to the nature of the story or the setting. But more often than not, I have enough character ideas that I can make a character that will be of some use to the party.
Out of curiosity, what's your policy regarding evil characters?
