Looking good for the most part. Just a couple questions about your move there.
Just for full transparency here, because move descriptions are also for the aid of those you write with, but what's the approximate size of the broom in question? Assuming just average broom there, but for specifics, y'know. Also: the dust cloud. Approximate size, range and the like.
The magical charge is the main stumbling block here. I'm not really sure what it does. Is it just....he charges for 10 seconds and then his strikes with the broom are stronger until he gets hit, or is just one good hit? The former probably wouldn't fly. The latter would be excessive; a charge of 1 or 2 seconds would be sufficient.
Clear those things up and we'll get you set.
