It kinda depends on the mood I'm going for, to be honest. I've written with this character in the past and I mostly used Sonata Arctica and Thrice.
Two Steps from Hell and Audiomachine are also pretty good for those grand moments you're trying to capture.
Also made a character once entirely based around music from Estas Tonne. Kid Cudi has some good stuff too though just the first two albums, anything after the Man on the Moon II is very "meh" and doesn't capture the imagination enough for me.
