Okay, here's the problem. I want to make an NPC prime. My friend was supposed to be Roleplaying with me but he's been to busy. Our characters are supposed to both awake at the same time in the nexus and form an alliance. Can I make an account get it approved and write for the character until my friend's schedule empties out, giving him time to role-play. (Then I would give him the credentials and he would basically own the character from then on out) Is there another way to do this only easier? If so please explain. If other wise is what I want to do stated above okay.
