Making a reserved Npc character - Mega Man - 01-10-2016
Okay, here's the problem. I want to make an NPC prime. My friend was supposed to be Roleplaying with me but he's been to busy. Our characters are supposed to both awake at the same time in the nexus and form an alliance. Can I make an account get it approved and write for the character until my friend's schedule empties out, giving him time to role-play. (Then I would give him the credentials and he would basically own the character from then on out) Is there another way to do this only easier? If so please explain. If other wise is what I want to do stated above okay.

I'm going to say no.
I'm sure you have good intentions, but that isn't an NPC. That a second character/ account. You can only make a second character once you have a total of 8000 OM (your starting 5000 is included in that), Rules on Changing Characters & Alternate Characters. On top of that, we can't verify that you will be giving the account to a friend.
I know you have good intentions, but your friend will just have to join and catch up with you when he has the time.

so if I continue writing how would my friend ( a character from the pokemon mystery dungeon universe) fit in. Could we just meet after that no problem or strings attached

yes, you can continue writing, and when your friend joins, he joins like normal and will then write his way to you.
He can't just appear where you are when he joins, He'll have to go through the nexus. and he will have to do some writing to get to you. But it's not like he won't be able to find you.
