Well, for starters, that isn't really a 'simple' issue. Furthermore, you really should have known better than to use a character even before he has been approved. I understand your eagerness, but you really should look before you leap. >_>
In any case, since you've already been reprimanded about this matter and since you did come forward to try and find a solution, we won't just delete everything you've done. However, you also can't keep using Gollum and can't retcon what you've done with the character so far by simply changing his name. Instead, you will write Gollum out of the story and, if necessary, introduce a brand new secondary NPC of your own. This NPC can be similar to Gollum if you like, but they do have to be a different person with their own identity, not just a carbon copy of Gollum.
