Frog of Vibrance
This frog is so sexy, but to other frogs. Its skin is terribly soft and smooth, like velvet, and the color of a pale, almost grey blue sky after a chilling winter storm. Its flanks look to be carved out of marble, pure and dappled with coy whorls of the deepest midnight blue. A dark red plume rises up all around its silvery white throat, like a doves poufy white breast feathers embezzled with tiny glinting rubies. It has darker markings covering its webbed feet, as if it has hopped across a palette of bluish black ink. The frog has an unusually long grey tongue that curls up like a snail's shell. The eyes of this frog are silvery and flecked with red. Its ribbit is almost a soothing, musical coo. You look at this frog and think, my goodness, what an absolute jewel.
