		Its also specifies that its mostly a guideline also that's subject to change based on how the person feels of the situation. I'm just saying that it would good to have a little bit more formal of a system that could give both sides a little bit of a breathing room and edge depending on how skilled they are.
What I was thinking:
Exceptional rating on the mission can allow for completely destroy any defending bonus and making it impossible to detect the attack prior to it happening, while a poor to bad rating can still be successful at finding the base but results in the defenders having forewarning and up to say 5000 words of preparation between them and a greater bonus to defend with. If its particularly bad, damage could be even higher during their transit and are locked into attack with no easy way of retreat.
