The Clever Disguise: A very unassuming artefact that doesn't actually seem to be an artefact at all. In fact, most Omniversians who find this disguise might dismiss it altogether as being incredibly ridiculous. However, if they were to don this artefact, they would find that they are immune to any and all sensory powers indefinitely while still retaining the ability to come into contact with others. Also, everything the wearer does is enhanced with comedic effect.
