Since we already have Chaos Emeralds, I guess you could call it the Master Emerald. When used, it gives you a Tier 2 or 3 transformation for a round. The only requirement is that it's got to make your hair (or something similar for those without typical heads of hair) gold and spiky, Super Saiyan or Super Sonic style.
