I do believe minato made a mistake regarding natural attributes. Once again....an angel...would it be fair to use his wings to fly without buying an expensivr power first ? No it isnt. Natural attributes are nerfed here because of omnifysics.

The reason its there is because of equality...so that every prime starts at the same point and can grow towards their canon char with moves.
