Also...you seem to forget a single important thing...omnifysics. people that once were able to breathe underwater suddenly have a hard time doing so here..so a fishman character would have to buy underwater breathing just as much as an angel character has to buy fly in order to use his wings.

Specifically breathing underwater and space are officially free. Check the rules or search the help desk if you like confirmation. ^^

I checked....yet there isnt one regarding water walking. So it would be a move. I was just thinking of examples...didny have time to check the rules for exceptions while at work
