What Are Your Favorite Video Games?
#29
Hello. I do hope you do not mind my joining.

Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne: PS2 and available on PSN. A game about the end and beginning of the world. Demons of mythology, lore, and religion team up by your side to traverse a land where even the places you should be safe could be the place to put your grave. A little bit of hand holding this SMT series game was able to be brutal as soon as it let go of your hand after the first boss. Needless to say you had no packed up lunches nor pats on the head to tell you "Good Job" for failing.

Diablo II and Diablo III: PC, Playstation, and I believe XBox? I don't know much about XBox but do know that Diablo has been a favorite of mine since the original. But Diablo II Made the series something worth following till the end of days and Diablo III was-....IMO Not quiet as well made for what generation it was released for compared to the Diablo II but what's to be expected? Most games now of days give you a kiddy leash and pull you away from traffic so Diablo III kind of felt to have adapted that a bit by force where Diablo II took a nine iron to smash upside your head after you got hit by a truck. BAD TIMMY! You could of dented that vehicle...

Okami: PS2 and PS3 in HD Remake. Needless to say this game was one of those games too hyped up for my opinion. "A Beautiful Art!" "Glorious!" Whatever. It was a game that took a lot of lore, blended it into a full length game and I thought it was pretty darn great. I won't pretend that it was the untouched treasures that needed to be shown to the world but hey. It is one worth a go even if it's not your normal genre.

Trapt and Deception: Playstation that I know of. Holy Crap. Can I just say that? Run around like a little fairy not wanting to be jammed into a bottle only to throw someone into a blender. WORTH IT! A new game play style worth a shot or two of tequila with an!.....Okay story....But the point is I loved it's gameplay, the trap systems, etc.

Black and White/Black and White 2: PC that I know of. It's a god game. But it's not just a "THOU SHALL BUILD THY TEMPALZ!" and rather it was "Okay. See my pet doggy? It's the size of the mountain you are currently mining from. Keep me and him pleased or he's going to have extra meat in his kibble n' bits." It was one of those games that actually proved so interested if not for the fact that it was something that offered a new gameplay that wasn't honestly seen by a lot of things. Needless to say you could be good and/or evil. And needless to say I was the one that chose any reason possible to add to Mr. Fluffilopikus' dinner bowl.

Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor I, and II. Shin Megami Tensei Strange Journey. Shin Megami Tensei IV: A series of games here that I actually adored. IV played more like Nocturne, Strange Journey played more like a DnD Dungeon Crawler, and Devil Survivor I and II played more like a multiple choice pick your destiny sort of game. All of these games were hand held for the DS or 3DS and they were games I play the ever living patooky out of when I'm on the road, off the road, out of the house, and sometimes at home. All in all? Groovy Man...Groovy...

Monster Hunter III and IV: Seriously. You're a guy. You stab dinosaurs in the face for a living and use it's teeth to make sharper knives. Nuff said. This is also one of those games that I Can Not Get Enough Of and further it's one of those games that I keep going back to even when I say "Okay. I'm wearing another groove into the pre-existing grooves. I should put this down now."

Skyrim: No Introduction Needed. Seriously, at this point I'm surprised that newborn children's first words are not Fus Roh Dah.

Hero Tower: Phone App Idle Game. Nothing special honestly. Hire heroes, upgrade em, let them climb a tower, die, and make you more money. About a thousand floors or more, lasts forever, not worth playing with the intent of focusing on it but letting it run for a bit just for the laughs never hurt me. Might hurt others though.
Eyes can be pretty can't they?
A window to one's soul some say.
So if I stare into your eyes too long...
Will I see the same kind of beauty?...
