SCP-079 (SCP Foundation): I've always enjoyed the idea of robots becoming more human in unexpected ways. For example an AI without an even functioning body vying desperately for control over the world its found itself in. Combine that with the SCP Foundation attempting (of course failing) to "contain" the Omniverse and hilarity ensues.
Agent Smith (The Matrix): Similar idea as above.
Satan (Christianity, every movie about hell known to man): Looking objectively at him from a literary perspective, very interesting character. Of course would cause problems to actually RP as him lel.
Omniknight (Dota 2): For the shameless punz
Yugi Muto/Yami Yugi (Yu-Gi-Oh!): Split personality/possessed characters are always cool, even with something as tame as Yugi. Also using a duel disk and summoning monsters for actual combat? Yes plz.
Orochimaru (Naruto): Favoritist villain of all time in anime. My experience with anime isn't exactly wide, but 'Rochi was cool as hell.
