Faction Levels Suggestion

Actually, I wouldn't move it to the Staff Forum as there are other things being worked on at the moment and this will probably get less attention there than it has been.

If it has been left this long then I would just lock the topic and wait for a later time to re-open it.

I have a bunch of stuff that will be hitting the staff forum, along with some stuff Proto talked with me about and this suggestion coincides with it, but I wanted to let everyone else add anything to this before I did. (I wasn't ever actually gonna move this thread, it was more of a hey, "Remember this, did you have any other suggestion on it before staff bend and break the idea to their will?" xD
