Telekinesis requires Ranged Proficiency, Remote Control Proficiency and Ranged Materialize Proficiency, so you don't have enough for it as things stand. So that and Force Throw are out of the running.

T-21 Light Repeating Blaster -- I know you say it fires on full-auto, but what's the actual rate of fire? Full auto could be a few dozen, a few hundred, or a few thousand rounds a minute, so it's not a good descriptor, and it would directly impact the power of each individual shot.

Dual Vibroknives -- Just a note, but as you've labelled this 'dual' vibroknives, you'll only ever be able to use them both at once. If you'd prefer to be able to use one at a time and/or both at the same time, that'd be a variable move at 600 OM.

Charged Blast -- a 3-foot circumfrence would be just a little under a foot in diameter, and therefore not very big overall. If that's what you intended, then good to go, but you'll still need to note a distance the beam reaches to, just for detail work.
