leaning towards is putting it mildly.
Tassadar, after meeting with Zeratul, gets flat-out initiated as a dark templar. he uses both abilitysets(though not at the same time) vs kerrigan in teh books.
heroes of the storm tassadar can temporarily become an archon, so it wouldn't be too unreasonable to give him the ability here.
