I wouldn't have fought you if you't told me all this before our battle and I knew that I would put your rule at risk in the event that I won." Her voice turned slightly more mild after that initial outburst as she continued. "I'm... not a fan of systems, especially if they drag me into them somehow. Sorry, I made that sound harsher than I meant to be. But I'm holding onto what I said - we had a battle which is over now, no consequences. Outside maybe of a handful of injuries for both of us." She rested her head back on her arms. "If your people need a ruler, they'll find one. There may be casualties because you disappeared, but there may also be someone who will take your place and hold things together while the Akame recover. If they entirely depend on a single person to not be wiped out... well, forgive me for being so straightforward, but if they are this dependant of an individual they're doomed from the start."
Of course, this was based on her own knowledge - he Akame may be something entirely different, the laws of nature in Dawnika's world may be something completely unknown to Alexyana. But, she trusted that Dawnika would make that out herself if it indeed applied. "And don't forget that you and I just barely arrived here. There may be a very easy way out that we just don't realize exists because we didn't ask. And like I said, if there's a way in there's also a way out. Always."
