I also had my Shadow mend ability, however. Closed the wound so my heart could function properly still." Alexyana was fovusing on this weird device she had explained, yet still she wondered why such thing was invented when there are bows readily available.

Dawnika was relatively queit as she summoned the crossbow. The only time Dawnika seemed to talk was when she had to, or when ahe was curious about something she didn't understand. Alexyana understood this so making conversation with Dawnika would be easy if she stuck to asking questions about Xenithia, or by talking about stuff from her world.

"...Do you like your home universe? Do you miss being there at all?" Dawnika stared up into the sky like she had her mind on something. It was definately something that was really bothering her.
