Dawnika was stubborn, but she knew better. If her wounds weren't treated soon, she would bleed out. She used all her strength to roll her self onto her back. Her breath was heavy and the wound was worse than it looked. If Alexyana had dug any deeper into Dawnikas chest she would have surely pierced her heart. Not to mention, Dawnika had over exerted her body with flurry of strikes and had made the wound even worse.
