I mean, I don't believe we would ever have a problem with faction leaders being petty or doing things out of spite. Considering the faction leaders are now Guu, Ganon, Gilg, and Nealaph, all of which have or are staff now, excluding Nealaph. I'd trust anyone of these people to grade a thread for me. (If their right hand man has to do the grade, that is still like Me and You kind of people that would be grading.)
Lastly, the incentive to do the grade? Simple, you want your faction threads graded right? You wanna lvl your faction up right? Then you have to do your part and grade other factions threads. There are at least 4 factions right now, so the pool of graders is almost has high as the pool of staff around here.
