Faction Levels Suggestion

I guess, with the fact that not everyone submits their threads for the participation grade, then you're right this could be creating more work. I was looking at it from the aspect that the threads already had to be graded so creating a whole new system would just be work for us, not more for them cause they already had to do it.

Thinking about it now, I can see the problem you have been trying to prevent. Sorry I am so thick headed, lol. I like the idea of faction leaders being able to grade them, but how about this:

Faction leaders must grade the works of other factions, not their own. This eliminates the temptation to 'squeeze through the system'

So instead of staff having the responsibility, it would be the factions that looked after each other. Obviously we would need to come up with a grading module specifically for this that the faction leaders could follow while grading a faction thread for faction exp.
