Looking at the new description is fine. ... Amazing work on that diagram though XD.
Just to add, if you wish to have your tail usable in combat as an extra limb outside o' that one move, to grab, block or thwap people just generally, that'd need a move at 300. Wouldn't need much of a description, just for completion's sake.
