I might have a problem at wording my mental images. Unfortunately I don't know how I could explain it better, so I've made a sketch to hopefully clarify.
If you still find it troublesome to understand, I'll scrape that move and think of something simpler.
I'll get the Area Attack Proficiency added if you think it's needed - I just figured that it would be unnecessary since the attack can't hit more than one foe at a time. If you conclude that it's not needed for Dragon Bomb, I'm holding on to the proficiency anyway as I'll want it for future moves.
