The Twisted Metal game I played the shit out of was Number 4 (although I owned all of them at one point and readily acknowledge that the first two were better).
Twisted Metal Black takes the cake when it comes to "HOLY FUCKING SHIT THIS IS AN AMAZING STORY-DRIVEN GAME ABOUT KILLING PEOPLE WITH CARS." Just... that game was so wtf deliciously dark, it was amazingly done.
