You can but it would be purely roleplaying fodder. Like, you could limit it if you wanted so that instead of having just a single fusion, she shifts into three different shapes each with access to a third of her abilities ... But it's essentially just the same as regular fusion and there are no stat changes between 'forms' so it's really just for fun.
