As for the Institute, I am hereby instating you as Vice Dean of Unity. You already have your assignment, but until we have a proper head Dean of Unity, you will be the primary overseer of that branch.
While I greatly respect your skills and sense of composure, I hesitate to grant you a full leadership role, for the sole purpose of your relative fresh status within the Omniverse. I have faith, however, in your ability to learn quickly, and if we do not find a suitable individual as Dean within a reasonable time, I will have no qualms towards promoting you.
