I think Ganondorf has an incredible sense of presence, even if his actual characterisation within the games isn't consistently brilliant.

I should note that while I def think Kefka and Irenicus are much more complex characters than Ganondorf is, I still think I enjoyed the sheer epic feel of the Wind Waker final battle more than either of their final battles (despite them being very awesome too).
