I could drop stealth for now. The illusory shapeshifting seems like it would weigh a bit more in importance.
With what you said, I could definitely have Gul'dan as a prime, and could eventually be my antagonist. Since there is no going back to outside worlds, as you say, perhaps the assignment he gives her is essentially banishment (he has all kinds of ways of getting rid of things...). Perhaps she, Gul'dan, and a group of supporting Orcs could be summoned, and eventually find there is no way back? idk.
