I can answer this, I believe. If your blade or blades ALWAYS has poison on it, you only need the one Move for it, which would cost you 300 OM. So, rather than a Poison Move and a Blade Move, you could combine them. And you would need both the Power and the Proficiency to use it, of course, in addition to Physical Strength.
If the poison was something you would apply on a situational basis, you could still make it as a single Move, but it would cost you 600 OM.
