Understood. Wasn't sure how to edit as a guest so I'll rewrite here.
Character History:
Nealaphh is an enigmatic being who rarely discusses it's past, and as such, the following information is intentionally vague.
What is clear about the shadow is that it once inhabited an entirely different Multiverse, which had no interaction with the Omniverse. There, Nealaphh had power on the par of a god. Though it was not one of the ultimate deities of its Multiverse, Nealaphh could still extinguish stars and bend space and time on a whim. Then only thing inhibiting it's power there was it's Master, a deity who Nealaphh refuses to name. What Nealaphh exactly did for this Master, or how it came to exist in the first place, remain nebulous mysteries.
However, when Nealaphh suddenly found its previously infinite being confined within a small, finite, mortal body upon waking in the Omniverse, it experienced something new: Fear.
Horrified that it was confined to a single form, and lacking the power to transport itself back to its home Multiverse, Nealaphh swore vengeance on whatever entity it was that had brought it to such a lowly state. Though this existence limited Nealaphh to just a tiny fraction of its former power, Nealaphh still has the mind of a near-god, and is still able to use its eldritch knowledge to manipulate the world around itself, albeit to a much, much smaller degree. Nealaphh is no fool, and now seeks to uncover all the hidden mysteries of this Omniverse before even considering confronting the ultimate being in residence.
