Nealaphh
#1
Character name: Nealaphh

Character source: Original

Character history:

Nealaphh is being who has been slighted.

Originally from completely different Multiverse, Nealaphh was effectively a god. Able to bend time and space to its whim, Nealaphh devoured stars on a whim, and had almost total omniscience. Its pervasive presence throughout that Multiverse made it especially attuned to the flow of events, and eventually, it came to Nealaphh's attention that the Multiverse it inhabited was dying.

For a being that has no need to heed the concepts of space and time, it was trivial to branch out its tendrils to try and latch on to a new ultimate reality to inhabit.

The first place it found was the Omniverse.

Though Nealaphh was far from the most powerful entity in its Multiverse, it had no reason to fear a being such as Omni. When Nealaphh accepted Omni's invitation into the Omniverse, Nealaphh was under the assumption that it would have the same control it did in its old Multiverse.

It did not.

Nealaphh realized too late that Omni had transplanted only a tiny fragment of Nealaphh's being into the Omniverse. The would-be god cursed and raged at Omni, but the deed was done, and the capricious overseer kicked Nealaphh into his world without another word.

Nealaphh was horrified at what it was made to be; mortal, finite, and confined to but a single form and body. Having almost none of its former power, Nealaphh could not even escape back into its old Multiverse. But what Omni could not take from Nealaphh was it's mind. Despite being a but a fleeting shadow of its former self, Nealaphh still could draw upon its vast and otherworldly knowledge to at least manipulate the Omniverse in limited ways around itself.

Now Nealaphh roams the Omniverse as a pilgrim, seeking to fully comprehend each and every verse within this vast new world. The shadow plots to one day take Omni's place in control of the Omniverse for itself, but it is no fool. It will be patient, and amass as much power as it can before enacting it's plans of revenge.

Physical Description:

Nealaphh prefers to keep a low profile, and as such has adapted a shadowy form well suited to its preferred climbs. The shadow wears a heavy black cloak that has further black symbols stitched into it. Most of the symbols appear to be meaningless squiggles, but occasionally, when viewed as a group, they sometimes appear to form images of constellations and planets.

Though humanoid in proportions, the resemblances to a normal person end there. Nealaphh's skin is completely pitch black, and seems to have a sort of polished shine, though this is not usually noticeable when it is wearing it's heavy robe. Nealaphh's face is completely devoid of features, except for three green eyes that have an acidic glow. The first two of its eyes are in the normal place for a human, but the third is placed slightly below the right eye, giving Nealaphh's face an eerie assemetry.

Nealaphh's body is completely androgynous, and if it sheds its robe, it has only a naked body beneath, devoid of any sort of identifying features. Items that it carries are stored out of sight within the voluminous sleeves of its robe, and it usually has its arms folded together, unless it specifically needs to grasp or manipulate something manually.

Nealaphh can only communicate telepathically.

Stats:
ATK: 1
DEF: 4
SPD: 0
TEC: 5

Nealaphh is a tactical genius, and it's otherworldly body make it highly resilient to most normal forms of damage. Nealaphh, however, is not accustomed to operating within a physical body, and as such, it moves in a slow, ponderous fashion. In addition, while it can keep an opponent at bay if need be, Nealaphh prefers to avoid confrontation and tends not to put a great deal of force into its attacks.

Starting Proficiencies:

Ranged Proficiency (1000 OM), Remote Control Proficiency (600 OM), Ranged Materialization Proficiency (600 OM)

Starting Powers:

Advanced Telekinesis (1000), Telepathy (1500 OM)

Starting Moves:

Spatial Snap (300 OM)

Nealaphh causes a small 3x3 foot sphere of space to suddenly burst outwards directly in front of itself. This will effectively deflect any incoming physical matter in a random direction. Energy based attacks such as fire, ki, or lasers are not affected.

I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.

Read it twice.
