Its held Fortnightly. You get 60+ OM for posting a 600 word post, You get an addiitional 300 OM.

HOWEVER... I think this needs to be kinda IC... Karl Jak would actually be a good host for this thing. OR the News guy. Lol.

As long as it is Random.org ed I am fine I think?

But I tihnk you should also have to have either a communicator or a device maybe 50 OM? To be able to do it.
