Weapon Moves
#1
I'm leaning toward letting these into the island, because I don't want to provide an unfair advantage to people who use like, magic or other means to do the same thing (explode stuff, burn stuff).

The caveat, however, is that Weapon Moves would, regardless of their form or function, still be less than the Random Weapons that you receive in your starting pack. The strategy and F2F-impacting importance behind the Weapons would remain the same, and Weapon Moves would, like the entirety of a character's moveset, provide no advantage or disadvantage in Face to Faces.

I just want to take this time to reiterate one more time that, aside from Super Moves and Transformations, you get no advantage from your move/power-set. It's about the story you write and the strategy you employ.

The rules about certain Powers and Summoning would remain unchanged. Moves that can summon random things would still be out-lawed (sorry Guu's tummy and Giglamesh).

This is something that I will leave to you, the members who want to join and partake in this.

tl:dr - Collars no longer inhibit Weapon Moves, like swords and guns, but the Random Weapon/Support Item a character receives remains the only 'equipment/moveset-related' factor for when I determine the winner of Face-to-Face confrontations.
