Radial Attraction: It would be 1/2 strength, so basically with 2 points he could pull a few tables or chairs towards himself or make it slightly harder for a person to move away. It's not instantanius, it's a held force at low power and range.
Focused Attraction: The downside is that the user canNOT control to attract himself or the target, it's dependant on mass specifically. It's like tying a rope to a tree. You couldn't pull a tree, you just wind up pulling yourself closer.
Radial repulsion: It'd make it hard to come close or move small objects away. It's the same s attraction essentially.
Focused Repulsion: Again, similar to Attraction. However, uses such as "super jump" by pushing the ground would wind up in a fail (perhaps for humerous effect) where the jump is uncontrolled and often results in doing damage, even in non-combative situations.
