Radial Attration- I'm guessing this is to make things come towards Neal? Is it instantaneous? We usually don't do numbers as strict so if you could come up with some references of what exactly you could move with this that would be good. (If you want to keep the numbers thats fine too but still come up with some reference so that others would know what you're talking about.)
Focused Attraction- Same question, Is this instantaneous? Also this would cost 600 OM for it's two uses (the pulling objects and pulling yourself to objects)-This also sounds a little strong in a fighting situation, being able to get away in such an easy fashion, if you could add some downsides that would be great.
