Ragna the Bloodedge Wrote:I'm looking for someone to hunt Ragna. I'd make an NPC of my own, but I've no idea whom.

The idea is that, while on the verge of recovering from his fall in the Community Center, the Empire decides or discovers that Ragna is not dead, and so sends a bounty hunter to take him out.
I'd still appreciate more answers for this, if anyone has any ideas worth pursuing.
