Telepathic Suggestion (Requires Telepathy, Ranged Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency): 300 OM
Jace telepathically suggests a course of action to the target, fooling them into thinking it was their idea all along. The more uncharacteristic the action is of the target, the more easily they can shake off the effects of this move (e.g., suggesting the target walk around the corner would succeed with little difficulty, whereas suggesting they kill their best friend would be nearly impossible unless they had critically low TEC). Sending a telepathic suggestion requires several seconds of intense concentration, rendering it untenable in frenzied combat. This move is more effective when used in conjunction with Psychic Spiral. Successive uses of Telepathic Suggestion within an hour-long period will be less likely to succeed as the target builds a tolerance for the spell.
Psychic Spiral (Requires Telepathy, Ranged Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency): 300 OM
Bombards the target's mind with chaotic images and disorienting thoughts, making it difficult to make sense of the world around them. Targets affected by Psychic Spiral are more susceptible to all forms of psionic intrusion. It takes a few seconds of concentration to send a basic Psychic Spiral lasting five to ten seconds. The longer Jace concentrates when casting this spell, the longer the effect persists, up to a maximum of ten seconds of concentration and thirty seconds of effect. Successive uses of Psychic Spiral within an hour-long period will be less likely to succeed as the target builds a tolerance for the spell.
