She started explaining what happened her father wasn't a full-fledged vampire being a half breed. Rachel was born on some unexpected terms as her birth was performed as a form of ritual as some weird smelly vampire leader gave her mother some blood to help the birthing process. Four years later, Rachel started realizing her powers started manifesting themselves at such an early age while playing with some children. But it started months later after the poor child blacked out and saw that she killed a horse completely drained of blood. The Vatican cult started hearing rumors about the child and started an investigation around the time when the ogre attacks started up. Rachel tried explaining it wasn't her fault she tried to keep the vampire part of her in check but she doesn't know how long the charade will last. The villagers didn't know that could be a problem, her whole family could be in danger if the child kills a human being this time that could be bad.
Tyson's mind was blown this child was a half breed vampire but the demon didn't seem to have a problem with it at all. What's most important the child was safe and the ogre threat was taken care of they should head back to the Vatican cult to tell them it's over. Wondering what he should say happen to the ogre they might not believe him meaning he'll have to lie about killing the ogre but that didn't seem right. "Perhaps, I guess I should tell the truth because that woman gave me a chance to save the girl. I don't see the point in lying but this might be a problem though hopefully, this can end peacefully"
The two started heading back to the religious cult where the head priest was waiting to hear the news. He didn't believe the demon killed the ogre thinking the demon might have returned with some evil intentions. Lady Mary was different in some way having a kind attitude to evil beings the demon didn't sense any malice at all from her.
"My fellow worshippers the demon has returned. So...Have you defeated the ogre?" High Priest said.
"The creature...is dead, He won't harm your people or any other village ever again. The ogre is no more your lands are safe now, please. Let the child go the threat is over" Tyson replied.
"I don't think so!" High Priest said.
"What??? We had a deal that if the ogre was destroyed, you would let the child go." Tyson yelled.
"But not you...You are a threat, a spawn of Satan. Just by defeating that monster in time you'll pose a greater threat then that creature. We have a sacred vow of destroying the children of the devil thus you being one of them. Let it be known that you might have shown good intentions which are noble of us. The child may go but your evil ends here, DESTROY THE BASTARD SPAWN" The high priest said.
"THAT'S SOME BULLSHIT" Tyson thought.
"ENOUGH...This demon maybe a spawn of the devil yet he managed to do what none of us could. You have no say in this High Priest, May I remind you that you're not in charge. This is my Vatican and I'm it's sacred leader so your order is invalid and you troops stand down now. As for you demon, You and child are free to go but be warned...We'll be watching you. Now go before I change my mind." Lady Mary said.
"Thank you Ma'am!," Rachel said politely.
"Yeah, Rachel come on let's get you home your parents shall be expected you. I gave my word to your safe return let's get out of here." Tyson said.
