Saving an Innocent - Tyson Renegade - 07-15-2018
He was hoping to become stronger but still his humanity was back was just strength what he wanted. Just having a golden opportunity to start over with a new family but the demon wasn't ready to fully pursue it just yet. The benefits might be worth it but joining some vampires was that the way to go but two loving vampires to come back home to that the demon liked. Akasha was devoted to him also her sister Ashara the vampire that was saved from that damn cult that was about to kill her.
Before the demon was finally going to pop the question of marriage maybe going on one final journey wouldn't hurt maybe helping people would do him some good. Tyson was walking close to some village wondering why a woman was crying at some tavern as the demon asked what was going on. It seems some girl was kidnaped in the night by some thugs, Tyson thought about this at first this wasn't his thing rescuing people yet seeing the tears from the woman's eyes. Not really caring about any sort of reward for returning the child safe and sound this was something of a heroic method set in place.
With a deep breath, He decided into rescuing the child telling the family that she'll be brought back safe and sound and that he'll give his word. The parents gave him a picture saying that her name was Rachel, Tyson had a name and the demon leaves the village hoping to find some lead to finding the child. Maybe by doing an investigating on the house maybe he'll find some clues to finding the child going upstairs into the child bedroom still finding no clues. However, Tyson notices something on the ground it was a blood trail this wasn't good thinking that was his only lead but it was a dead end. Something else catches his attention the smell of bourbon it had by following the smell may be the demon will find the girl riding his horse. The journey took him into some underground the smell was getting stronger what does the demon discover another cult but these people were different from the last one. It was some sort of Vatican, A religious cult but what caught his attention they're preparing a sacrifice it the child being chained to some sacrificial stone. A priest started waving a sword this wasn't good...Tyson needed to act now as the demon started rushing over there stopping the priest from killing the girl. Tyson demanded to know why they wanted to kill the child as the head priest started explaining the situation about the child.
"A demon here? On the sacred ground? Rescuing that evil filth she been a problem to the village since the day she was born. She will crave evil once she commits it. Evil will and must be destroyed and order will be restored. So says the leader" High Priest said.
"You're killing the child based off that??? Using religion as some form of reasoning into killing this poor child shame on you." Tyson replied.
"You worship a legion of evil and torment upon us. A damned spawn of Satan...Why should you care about this devil child?" High Priest said.
"Every life is precious no matter what the race being of that person. Every man, woman, and child deserves the chance to be heard. All I'm asking is for one chance, please. Now please tell what's going on and maybe we can make a deal and this won't be necessary at all. What happen?" Tyson asked.
"Nothing you need to know" High Priest replied.
"I'm not so sure about this demon. He doesn't even have any form of malice within his soul. I would have sensed it and seemingly this warrior doesn't have much evil within him. Whoever you are there have been some attacks by a huge ogre monster and the creature killed some people that child was there every time. The high priest thought the ogre and the child we're connected and by killing her the creature would die eventually which might be stupid." Lady Mary said.
"Watch your tongue, Lady Mary" High Priest said.
"The child's parents are worried about her after you clowns are having some trouble with an ogre. Right now that child is under my protection now. However, I'll deal with the ogre but it my conclusion that ogre might be her friend or her brother in some weird way but the peace will be restored." Tyson said.
"What do you know about peace demon??? I think you might have something to do with this." High Priest said.
"Regardless of what my people think of you, I do believe some part of you has been purified somehow. We'll give two days into killing this ogre and if you don't the both of you will under arrest and sentenced to death." Lady Mary calmly said.
"Thank you, Ma'am," Tyson said.
The Vatican gave the location the last known whereabouts of the ogre attack, Tyson started following the big footprints. He started hearing the footsteps and then hours later the demon confronts the ogre seeing the big monster crying about something, Tyson might know what's going on here too. He calmly started talking with the creature finding out what happened it seems the ogre and kid we're good friends and there just having fun until a group of people. The thugs started harassing the girl the ogre got angry and started killing and again and again, this happened to the point of where the cult heard about it. They kidnapped the child hoping to draw out the creature, however, this was a situation they wanted to kill the ogre, Tyson didn't want to kill the creature. One good solution was the ogre never return going somewhere else hoping to find another situation but this seemed like the only option. The ogre and girl were good friends too which the demon hopefully ended the problem, Rachel hugged the ogre as a friendship goodbye they would be forever best friends.
This was the best option, Ogre started leaving never to return but it was time to return the child to the family. Rachel was happy enough that she was going to see her family again she seemed to have another problem. Tyson was wondering what else was wrong as she started whispering something in his ear and the demon was shocked. "You're a vampire??? But.....You don't look like it"

She started explaining what happened her father wasn't a full-fledged vampire being a half breed. Rachel was born on some unexpected terms as her birth was performed as a form of ritual as some weird smelly vampire leader gave her mother some blood to help the birthing process. Four years later, Rachel started realizing her powers started manifesting themselves at such an early age while playing with some children. But it started months later after the poor child blacked out and saw that she killed a horse completely drained of blood. The Vatican cult started hearing rumors about the child and started an investigation around the time when the ogre attacks started up. Rachel tried explaining it wasn't her fault she tried to keep the vampire part of her in check but she doesn't know how long the charade will last. The villagers didn't know that could be a problem, her whole family could be in danger if the child kills a human being this time that could be bad.
Tyson's mind was blown this child was a half breed vampire but the demon didn't seem to have a problem with it at all. What's most important the child was safe and the ogre threat was taken care of they should head back to the Vatican cult to tell them it's over. Wondering what he should say happen to the ogre they might not believe him meaning he'll have to lie about killing the ogre but that didn't seem right. "Perhaps, I guess I should tell the truth because that woman gave me a chance to save the girl. I don't see the point in lying but this might be a problem though hopefully, this can end peacefully"
The two started heading back to the religious cult where the head priest was waiting to hear the news. He didn't believe the demon killed the ogre thinking the demon might have returned with some evil intentions. Lady Mary was different in some way having a kind attitude to evil beings the demon didn't sense any malice at all from her.
"My fellow worshippers the demon has returned. So...Have you defeated the ogre?" High Priest said.
"The creature...is dead, He won't harm your people or any other village ever again. The ogre is no more your lands are safe now, please. Let the child go the threat is over" Tyson replied.
"I don't think so!" High Priest said.
"What??? We had a deal that if the ogre was destroyed, you would let the child go." Tyson yelled.
"But not you...You are a threat, a spawn of Satan. Just by defeating that monster in time you'll pose a greater threat then that creature. We have a sacred vow of destroying the children of the devil thus you being one of them. Let it be known that you might have shown good intentions which are noble of us. The child may go but your evil ends here, DESTROY THE BASTARD SPAWN" The high priest said.
"THAT'S SOME BULLSHIT" Tyson thought.
"ENOUGH...This demon maybe a spawn of the devil yet he managed to do what none of us could. You have no say in this High Priest, May I remind you that you're not in charge. This is my Vatican and I'm it's sacred leader so your order is invalid and you troops stand down now. As for you demon, You and child are free to go but be warned...We'll be watching you. Now go before I change my mind." Lady Mary said.
"Thank you Ma'am!," Rachel said politely.
"Yeah, Rachel come on let's get you home your parents shall be expected you. I gave my word to your safe return let's get out of here." Tyson said.
