Yea, all the verses have stars/constellations. There's no strict canon about what constellations and stars are up there in the various verses, though. Individual writers can fluff that as they see fit.
I do wanna say that, quite possibly, the Pale Moors don't have stars. I always saw the PMs as being perpetually overcast, but I dunno how other writers have portrayed that.
(also the UV doesn't have stars...)
And like Joe said, Coruscant's has a sky on T1 (albeit its a super metropolis so good luck even see stuff at night) and the middle tiers have synthetic/artificial 'stars/night skies'. I'd argue that Tier 6 and 7 lack these amenities.
