About the World is for IC stuff, so this info wouldn't fit there.
Basically, all the info people need for getting more OM can be found on the above page of the rules - they just have to read it.
Well, why didn't you just link this instead of typing it all out in Quick Questions? Haha. Can we add bounties and Recognition mentions to that page, just so its all in one place then?
